This is a personal site for sharing my work and a few free tools. Using it means you're okay with the short list below.
The content
The writing, designs, code samples, and tools here are mine unless noted otherwise. You're welcome to read them, share links, and quote a passage with attribution. Please don't republish whole articles or pass the work off as your own.
The tools
The scorecard, calculators, and other interactive tools are offered as-is to help you think through your own systems. They give estimates and starting points, not a guarantee or a substitute for a proper review of your own system. Decisions you make from them are your own.
Getting in touch isn't a contract
Sending a message is the start of a conversation, not an offer, a commitment, or a working agreement of any kind. Anything beyond that is set out separately, in writing.
Links out
Some pages link to other sites: articles, profiles, the tools that power the contact form and scheduling. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
No warranties
I keep the site accurate and online as best I can, but it's provided without warranties of any kind. I'm not liable for losses that come from using (or being unable to use) the site or its tools.
